• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy includes:

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging
• For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Shoes & Footwear (if worn outdoors)
  • Inflatable Pumps & Air Pumps (if used or removed from sealed packaging)
  • Multi-Tools & Pocket Knives (if used or sharpened)
  • Cookware & Tableware (if used or removed from original packaging)
  • Any miscellaneous opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
