- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our gear with the same confidence you have on the trail. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Hunting Apparel
- Shoes & Footwear (if worn outdoors)
- Inflatable Pumps & Air Pumps (if used or removed from sealed packaging)
- Multi-Tools & Pocket Knives (if used or sharpened)
- Cookware & Tableware (if used or removed from original packaging)
- Any miscellaneous opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

International Returns
