Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) including all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Hunting Apparel: Due to intimate nature and specialized use
  • Shoes & Footwear: Once worn outdoors cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Inflatable Pumps & Air Pumps: If used and no longer in sealed packaging
  • Multi-Tools & Pocket Knives: If used or sharpened
  • Cookware & Tableware: If used or removed from original packaging
  • Miscellaneous opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll expedite a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

As we serve global explorers, please note:

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
